We want your virtual viewing experience to feel smooth, transparent, and easy. Here’s everything to know:
Viewing Deposit
A $200 deposit is required to initiate a Virtual Viewing.
The deposit:
- Applies toward a stone purchase within 30 days of your Virtual Viewing
- Covers up to two stones
- Includes one viewing package and follow-up questions via email
Additional Stones
Additional deposits may be required for larger stone comparisons or multiple rounds of review.
Specialty Stones
Rare diamonds, antique cuts, colored diamonds, and specialty gemstones may require an additional deposit due to vendor memo fees and availability.
Stone Availability
Selected stones are held for 48 hours following delivery of your viewing package. If a purchase is not completed during that timeframe, the stones will be released back to inventory.
