Online Assistance

Let our diamond experts assist with your selection and purchase. We’ll curate options and tailored recommendations based on your budget or desired Four C’s (cut, color, clarity, carat), and can provide additional videos or arrange a virtual diamond viewing upon request.

 

Our team has years of experience in diamond education, in-person evaluation, and sourcing, so you can feel confident from first look to final purchase. We offer both in-store and virtual viewings of diamonds and gemstones; you can read more about our viewing process here.


Facts & Financial: Two stones with the same carat weight and Four C’s can look very different side by side. We identify the best overall make using qualifiers beyond the Four C’s, including table and depth, facet angles, symmetry, polish, and clarity. This thorough approach helps you find the most beautiful stone within your budget.
Unbiased Sourcing: We do not own the diamonds we source for clients. We recommend stones from reputable U.S. suppliers that meet our standards for Canadian and conflict-free natural diamonds, as well as lab-grown diamonds. If we recommend a stone, it’s because it is brilliant, ethically sourced, and high quality, not because we hold it in inventory.
Steadfast Grading: We offer diamonds graded by the GIA, the leading global authority, along with AGS and EGL USA. We never use company-invented jargon; we rely on the standard terms you’ll see on independent grading reports.
For lab-grown diamonds, we provide certifications from GIA, IGI, and GCAL.

Client-owned Stones

Unfortunately, due to technical and production constraints, we’re unable to accommodate client-owned stones for use in our designs. We also do not sell our settings separately without center stones, as each piece is custom-fit and crafted specifically for the selected gemstone or diamond.

This policy ensures that every finished ring meets our exacting quality, durability, and structural standards, guaranteeing the integrity of your piece for a lifetime of wear.


Diamond and Gemstone Purchase Policy

Once you’ve selected a diamond or center stone, whether during an in-person viewing or remotely with one of our specialists, the stone must be paid for in full at the time of selection. We’re unable to hold stones for longer than 48 hours following an in-store viewing, as they are part of an active shared inventory.

All diamonds and gemstones purchased in the gallery or via staff invoice are final sale and non-returnable. This policy ensures the integrity of our sourcing relationships and allows us to continue offering clients access to exceptional, ethically sourced stones.
