Our Diamond Standards

Beyond the Four C’s
Two diamonds with the same carat weight and Four C’s can look dramatically different side by side. We evaluate overall make using additional factors such as table and depth percentages, girdle width, facet angles, symmetry, polish, and the nature of inclusions. This holistic approach helps identify the most beautiful stone within your budget.

Unbiased Sourcing
We do not own the diamonds we source for clients. Instead, we recommend stones from trusted U.S. suppliers that meet our standards for Canadian and conflict‑free natural diamonds, as well as high‑quality lab‑grown diamonds. If we recommend a stone, it’s because it’s exceptional - not because it’s sitting in our inventory.

Trusted Grading
We work exclusively with independently graded diamonds and never use company‑invented terminology. Our natural diamonds are graded by GIA, the leading global authority, as well as laboratories like AGS and EGL. For lab‑grown diamonds, we provide certifications from GIA, IGI, and GCAL.

Client‑Owned Stones

Due to technical and production constraints, as well as our strict standards around ethical sourcing, traceability, and material quality, we work exclusively with diamonds and gemstones sourced through our trusted suppliers.

We also do not sell settings separately without center stones, as each ring is custom-fit and engineered specifically for the selected diamond or gemstone.

This policy ensures every finished piece meets our standards for quality, durability, and long‑term wear.

Diamond & Gemstone Purchase Policy

Once a diamond or center stone is selected, either during an in‑person viewing or through a remote consultation, the stone must be paid for in full at the time of selection. Because stones are part of a shared, active inventory, we’re unable to hold them for more than 48 hours following an in‑store viewing.

All diamonds and gemstones purchased in the gallery or via staff invoice are final sale and non‑returnable. This policy protects the integrity of our sourcing relationships and allows us to continue offering access to exceptional, ethically sourced stones.
