Shipping Details

  • Free U.S. Shipping on website orders over $200 (continental U.S. only).

  • Engagement rings & wedding bands ship via FedEx Express with insurance and direct signature required. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

  • Overnight shipping available upon request (contact us for pricing).

  • We cannot ship to hotels or third-party shipping centers, but you may request delivery to a FedEx Shipping Center or to your home.

  • Custom, resized, or repair orders (staff-issued invoice) ship FedEx 2-Day Express for $35 + 1.5% of the invoice total for insurance.

  • Production time: 6 weeks + 2–3 business days shipping.

  • Canadian orders: Flat rate $95 USD shipping via FedEx, with optional insurance (1.5% of order total). Buyer is responsible for duties, taxes, and fees.

Engagement Rings & Wedding Bands

Our A La Cart engagement rings and wedding bands are crafted to order by combining your chosen setting and center stone into a piece made just for you. Because production begins immediately, a 15% return fee applies to all orders - including cancellations. Completed ring returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery notification. Boxes and certificates must be included with your return; if a natural or lab-grown gemstone certificate is missing, a $200 replacement fee will be deducted.

We do not sell settings without a center stone or set client-owned stones. Any order placed without a center stone will be refunded. The 14-day return window begins the day your order is marked “Out for Delivery” or is available for showroom pickup.

To protect the integrity of our handcrafted work, some items are non-refundable, including:

  • Custom or customized designs
  • Rings set with Misfit Sapphires or Misfit Diamonds
  • Engraved or resized rings
  • Loose diamonds or gemstones
  • Moissanite
  • Jenny and Natalia engagement ring settings
  • Damaged or worn items
  • Expedited shipping, rush fees, insurance charges, or one-time fees

Jewelry (Not Bridal)

Ready to Ship - Our ready-to-ship necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and stacking rings will ship within 3–4 business days. If it’s not the perfect fit, you may return it within 14 days from the first delivery date, provided it is unworn, undamaged, and securely packaged. Please note: re-sized ready-to-ship stacking rings are non-refundable due to their custom nature.

Made to Order - For made-to-order fine jewelry (necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and stacking rings not sold as engagement rings or wedding bands), we accept returns within 14 days from the first delivery date. A 15% return fee applies to all made-to-order returns.

Engagement Rings & Wedding Bands

Each of our engagement rings is made to order and customized just for you, which makes them truly unique. Because of this, all in-person purchases and staff-issued invoice sales are final. Loose diamonds and loose gemstones are also non-returnable.

Jewelry (Not Bridal)

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. For earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and non-sized/customized stacking rings purchased in our South End Boston showroom, we offer a 14-day return policy with no fee. (Excludes engagement rings and wedding bands.)

For made-to-order, non-custom pieces-such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and stacking rings not currently in stock, we’re happy to provide a 14-day return option with a 15% restocking fee so you can find the perfect piece.

Return, Sizing & Repair Instructions

Get a Return Shipping Code: Contact us for a code so we can identify your item if personal details aren’t included.

Packing Your Item: Include all original boxes, certificates, and materials (not required for resizing or repairs). Add your name, return address, phone, email, and details of the service requested. Always ship in a box, not an envelope, and use a trackable, insured service. Do not write “jewelry,” “diamonds,” or other value-related terms on the label.

Sizing & Repairs Turnaround time for sizing is about 15 business days. Return shipping is $35 via FedEx 2-Day Express with signature required. Insurance may be added for 1.5% of the item’s value if not already covered by your policy.
