Yes! Many of our clients work with us entirely online. You can choose your setting and center stone directly from our website, place your order securely, and we’ll handle the rest - from reviewing your selections to delivering your finished ring safely.
No assembly required! Every order is carefully reviewed before production begins, and your setting is built using CAD to ensure a precise fit for your chosen stone. Our master jeweler sets the stone for you, so your ring arrives fully assembled and ready to propose.
No - the stone shape shown in the listing is just one example! Almost all of our engagement ring settings can be made with different center stone shapes, and each ring is built using CAD to ensure a precise fit. Check out the product description to ensure your stone is a good match.
Yes! Many of our engagement ring settings can be customized by adding hidden halos, changing side stone colors, and more. Because each ring is built to order, we can often make thoughtful adjustments to suit your preferences. Our made-to-order engagement rings typically take about 6 weeks to complete. If you’re working with a shorter timeline, we recommend exploring our Proposal Ready collection, which includes rings that ship immediately and can be resized within 14 days if needed.
If you’re unsure of the ring size, don’t worry. Many proposals happen before the exact size is known. We offer a complimentary resize within the first six months so the ring can be adjusted afterward if needed. Also, if you email gallery@laurapreshong your name and shipping address, we’ll mail you a complimentary ring sizing gauge!
Yes! All rings ship fully insured via FedEx 2nd Day Air with signature required to ensure safe and secure delivery. If preferred, we can also arrange for your package to be held at a FedEx facility for pickup. Rings ordered through our site include complimentary shipping and insurance.
Yes! Local clients are welcome to pick up their finished ring at our Boston gallery, or we can ship it to you with complimentary fully insured shipping.
