100% Free From Threat Metals
All of our gold 14K solid gold and 950 platinum is from recycled and ethically mined pure metal that is both LBMA and LPPM, free from threat, OCED compliant. Recycled metal is as pure and strong as non-recycled material, but is better for the earth and is conflict free without any reduction in quality. Warranty
Our commitment to quality and craftsmanship is unwavering, and we stand behind every piece we create. With our lifetime replacement policy against manufacturing defects, you can rest assured that your investment is protected. But that's not all - we also offer complimentary annual prong checks and cleaning as well as a paid repair service for any accidentally damaged rings. Our Warranty ensures full replacement of internally defective rings, known as 'manufacturing defects', which occur in less than 1% of every piece we make and normally does not make it past stone setting and QCC. We also cover small diamonds(not center stones) known as melee for the first 30 days of wear. Contact us for more information.
Our Warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, accidental damage, loss of precious and semi-precious stones, neck chain breakage, loss of item, and theft. We recommend you purchase insurance for all of your precious jewelry, it will help recover significant damage, loss, or theft. With our Warranty and a comprehensive insurance plan in place, you can enjoy your jewelry knowing it's thoroughly protected.
